Fees & Rules

The marina boasts 450 berths for boats ranging in size from 16’ to 65’ and includes moorage for personal watercraft & visiting boaters.

New Member Initiation Fee – $2500.00

Penticton Yacht Club Member Moorage

Seasonal Moorage (April 1 – October 31)
Boats under 26 feet – $44.00/foot
Boats over 26 feet – $46.00/foot

Boats over 10 feet wide of any length – $4.60/square foot

Land Slip – $23/foot
Personal Water Craft – $300 flat fee

Seasonal Moorage Electric Rates
Dedicated Outlet – $4.50/foot
Non-dedicated – $1.45/foot

Capital Improvement Fees
Boats – $200/slip
Personal Water Craft – $75/slip

Skaha Marina Member Moorage

Seasonal Moorage (April 1 – October 31)
Boats per slip – $1350 base rate + $44/ft over 20ft
Personal Water Craft – $425 flat fee
Capital Improvement Fee – $200

Temporary/Visitor Moorage
Per Day – boats under 26 feet – $55
Per Day – boats over 26 feet = $65
Per Week (7 days) boats under 26 feet – $330
Per Week (7 days) boats over 26 feet – $390
Per Month (30 days) boats under 26 feet – $1320
Per Month (30 days) boats over 26 feet – $1560
Personal Water Craft – $25/day
Electricity included in moorage fee

Daily – $10

Marina Rules
-Absolutely NO refueling at Moorage Berths.
-Dogs must be kept on a leash in the hands of a competent person at all times.
-All personal effects, including inflatable water toys, must be kept on your vessel.
(not on the docks or in the water)
-Major repairs are strictly prohibited in the marina basin.
-All motor legs (including kicker motors) must be in the down or vertical position while berthed in the marina.
-Absolutely NO dumping portable toilets or discharging holding tanks in the marina.
